Catholic Bible Versions
Catholics use several versions of the Bible, including the Revised New American Bible (RNAB), the Revised Standard Version (Catholic edition) (RSVCE), the Jerusalem Bible (JB), and the New Revised Standard Version, Catholic Edition (NRSV-CE) . These versions include all 73 books of the Catholic Bible, including the deuterocanonical books, in the traditional Catholic order. The New Revised Standard Version, Catholic Edition is particularly notable for sticking more closely to the original texts than the NAB and being of higher literary quality than the NAB. The New American Bible, Revised Edition (NABRE) is also considered a solid choice for Catholics.
