- To express annoyance or frustration at other drivers or pedestrians.
- To greet someone.
- Repeated use or sounding the horn aggressively is also not allowed and considered misuse.
Overall, the horn should only be used while the vehicle is moving and mainly to warn other road users of your presence or imminent danger, not for social purposes or impatience.
