No alcohol sales are allowed before 7 a.m. Monday through Saturday, and before 10 a.m. on Sunday. So, if you want to buy beer or wine in Texas at a store, you can do so starting at 7 a.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, and from 10 a.m. on Sundays. For liquor, you need to buy it at liquor stores from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday to Saturday, but not on Sunday, unless at a bar or restaurant with food service starting at 10 a.m. on Sunday.
