Lucy Beale died in the BBC soap opera EastEnders on April 18, 2014. She was discovered dead on Walford Common from a deliberately inflicted head injury, marking the start of a major "Who Killed Lucy Beale?" storyline. It was eventually revealed in February 2015 during the show's 30th anniversary episode that her 10-year-old half-brother, Bobby Beale, was responsible for her death after a confrontation at home.
