P Diddy (Sean Combs) was arrested and went to jail in September 2024. He remained incarcerated at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn since his arrest. On October 3, 2025, he was sentenced to 50 months (4 years and 2 months) in prison for two counts of transportation for prostitution, after being acquitted of the more serious sex trafficking and racketeering charges. He has been in custody continuously from his September 2024 arrest and is serving this sentence starting then.
