when did pooh shiesty get locked up

Pooh Shiesty was arrested in connection to a shooting and robbery incident on October 9, 2020, in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida. He was also arrested again in June 2021 related to a Miami strip club shooting. Pooh Shiesty was held without bond due to the serious charges against him. He pleaded guilty in January 2022 to a federal firearm conspiracy charge related to violent and drug-trafficking crimes and was sentenced in April 2022 to 63 months (about five years and three months) in federal prison. He has been incarcerated since 2022 and was initially expected to be released in April 2026, but he was released early on October 6, 2025, after serving approximately three years of his sentence.
