Clocks are turned back for daylight saving time on different dates depending on the region:
- In the United States, clocks are turned back by one hour on the first Sunday in November, which in 2025 is November 2nd at 2 a.m. local daylight time.
- In the United Kingdom and most of Europe, clocks are turned back by one hour on the last Sunday in October, which in 2025 is October 26th at 2 a.m. local time.
So, for example, in the U.S. clocks go back on November 2, 2025, and in the UK and much of Europe, the clocks go back on October 26, 2025.
