The Arch-Tempered Rey Dau was first released as an event quest called "A Silent Flash" starting April 30, 2025, and was available until around May 14, 2025. After that, the quest became permanently available starting July 22, 2025 (ET). There was also a Free Challenge Quest called "The Shining Storm Rages" which was available from May 7 to May 20, 2025, but is no longer active. Any unused Rey Dau Certificate γ can still be used to forge Rey Dau γ Armor pieces. The permanent availability of Arch-Tempered Rey Dau means players can now hunt it anytime after July 22, 2025, provided they meet the HR 50 requirement or above.
