Grey's Anatomy will return for its 22nd season on Thursday, October 9, 2025, at 10:00 p.m. ET/PT on ABC. New episodes will air weekly in that time slot, and episodes will be available for streaming on Hulu the following day.
Meanwhile, season 21 had a midseason break and returned on March 6, 2025, at 10 p.m. on ABC before finishing its run in May 2025. The new season 22 comes after the conclusion of season 21 in May and will continue the storylines from the previous season.
