Kirlia evolves from Ralts starting at level 20. Kirlia can then evolve into two possible Pokémon:
- It evolves into Gardevoir starting at level 30, regardless of gender.
- If male, Kirlia can also evolve into Gallade using a Dawn Stone before level 30.
So, Kirlia's evolution happens first from Ralts at level 20, and Kirlia can further evolve into Gardevoir at level 30 or into Gallade earlier if it is male and a Dawn Stone is used.
