South Park Mexican (SPM), whose real name is Carlos Coy, was convicted and sentenced to 45 years in prison in 2002 for the sexual assault of a child. He has been denied parole as of January 13, 2025, and his next eligibility for parole is in 2028. Therefore, he does not get out of prison before 2028 at the earliest.
There was some discussion that he was due for parole in October 2024, but that was not granted, and he was denied parole in early 2025 with the next review set for 2028. So, the earliest realistic date he could be released on parole is in 2028.
