Starbucks will release its iconic Pumpkin Spice Latte (PSL) and fall menu on Tuesday, August 26, 2025. This is the date when you can start ordering the popular seasonal beverage at Starbucks stores. The fall menu will also include returning favorites like the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and new items like the Pecan Oatmilk Cortado and Italian sausage egg bites. At-home versions of fall flavors, including PSL coffee pods and creamers, are also available earlier in grocery stores.
