The 2026 El Paso Walk to End Alzheimer’s will be held at Ascarate Park, 6900 Delta Drive. Activities begin at 9 a.m., the opening ceremony starts at 10 a.m., and the walk begins at 10:30 a.m.
What to know
The event is organized by the Alzheimer’s Association and brings together families, caregivers, teams and community supporters to raise funds for Alzheimer’s care, support services and research. The association’s national Walk to End Alzheimer’s program takes place in more than 600 communities across the United States.
Participants can register individually or join a team. The El Paso walk also includes an opening ceremony before participants set out on the route.
The Alzheimer’s Association West Texas Chapter serves El Paso and surrounding communities, offering local education, support groups and other resources for people affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
