The current season of Survivor, Season 49, premiered on Wednesday, September 24, 2025. It airs on CBS from 8 to 10 p.m. Eastern Time for the premiere. Subsequent episodes will be 90 minutes long and air weekly on Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET. Survivor Season 49 can also be streamed live on Paramount+ for those with a Paramount+ Premium plan, and new episodes become available the day after airing for those with the Premium or Essential plans. The show is set in the Mamanuca Islands in Fiji and features 18 contestants competing for the title of Sole Survivor and a $1 million prize.
