The Miss Universe Philippines 2020 coronation night was originally scheduled for May 3, 2020, but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it was postponed twice and finally held on October 25, 2020, at the Cordillera Convention Hall, Baguio Country Club in Baguio, Benguet. Rabiya Mateo of Iloilo City won the title and represented the Philippines at the Miss Universe 2020 pageant.
The international Miss Universe 2020 pageant where she competed was held on May 16, 2021, in Hollywood, Florida, USA, since the event was delayed due to the pandemic.
