The next Steal a Brainrot update, called the Extinct Event update, is scheduled to be released on September 13, 2025, at 12:00 PM Pacific Time (PT). This update will introduce 10 new brainrots, including three ultra-rare Extinct Brainrots (Extinct Ballerina, Extinct Tralalero, and Extinct Matteo) that spawn every 2 hours during the event. Additionally, the update will bring the Chicleteiras Ritual and several new admin events and mutations. Players will also have a chance to unlock the limited quantity LA Extinct Grande brainrot by collecting all three Extinct Brainrots. The update release time in other regions includes 3:00 PM ET in the US East, 4:00 PM BRT in Brazil, 9:00 PM CET in Europe, and 12:30 AM IST in India the following day, among others.
