The 2025 National Television Awards (NTAs) can be watched live on the free-to- air channel ITV1 and also streamed online for free via ITVX. The ceremony starts at 8 p.m. BST and runs for about 2 hours and 30 minutes. To watch on ITVX, a sign-in with an email and a U.K. postcode is required. If located outside the U.K., a VPN (Virtual Private Network) can be used to bypass geo- restrictions to access ITVX and watch the NTAs live. NordVPN is recommended for this purpose. So, to watch the NTAs:
- In the U.K.: Tune in to ITV1 or stream on ITVX.
