Blue Origin launches its rockets from two main locations depending on the vehicle:
- The New Shepard suborbital rocket launches from Launch Site One (LS1) , which is located about 30 miles north of Van Horn, Texas. This site has been used for New Shepard test flights and human spaceflights, including the recent NS-31 mission in April 2025
- The New Glenn heavy-lift orbital rocket launches from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida , specifically from Launch Complex 36 (LC-36), which Blue Origin converted for this purpose. The first successful New Glenn orbital launch occurred on January 16, 2025, from this site
In addition, Blue Origin has plans for a launch pad at Vandenberg Space Force Base in California (Space Launch Complex 9) to enable polar and sun- synchronous orbit missions for New Glenn in the future
