David Montgomery attended Iowa State University for college. He played college football there from 2016 to 2018 before entering the NFL. He returned to Iowa State and graduated from the university, completing his degree in 2025. Montgomery earned his degree from the College of Health and Human Sciences at Iowa State University.
There is another David Montgomery (2nd Viscount Montgomery of Alamein) who attended Trinity College, Cambridge, but that is a different person.
