Erika and Charlie Kirk met in 2018 at a burger restaurant in New York City called Bill's Burgers (presumably Bill's Bar & Burger). Their meeting was initially supposed to be a job interview, but during their conversation about philosophy, religion, and other topics, Charlie realized he wanted to date Erika instead of conducting a formal interview. This marked the beginning of their relationship.
