Mike Evans went to college at Texas A&M University. He attended Texas A&M from 2011 to 2013, where he played as a wide receiver for the Aggies football team. He was redshirted his freshman year in 2011, and then played in the 2012 and 2013 seasons, finishing his college career with 151 receptions for 2,499 receiving yards and 17 touchdowns. He earned freshman All-SEC honors in 2012 and was a first-team All-SEC selection in 2013. He was also a consensus All- American in 2013 before entering the 2014 NFL Draft.
