AirDrop photos go to different locations depending on the device:
- On iPhone or iPad: AirDropped photos are automatically saved in the Photos app, typically appearing in the main gallery or the "Imports" album. Other file types may be saved in their respective apps or in the Files app under Recents or Browse
- On Mac: AirDropped photos and other files are saved by default in the Downloads folder. You can access them by opening Finder and selecting the Downloads folder from the sidebar
