The Arizona Cardinals play their home football games at State Farm Stadium, which is located in Glendale, Arizona, a suburb northwest of Phoenix. The stadium opened in 2006 and features a retractable roof and a unique rollout natural-grass playing field. It seats 63,400 fans for football and can expand to 72,800 for other events. The stadium was originally known as the University of Phoenix Stadium until 2018 when it was renamed after State Farm Insurance acquired the naming rights.
