Cam Schlittler is from Walpole, Massachusetts, a suburb located southeast of Boston. He was born and raised there and attended Walpole High School. Schlittler later played college baseball at Northeastern University in Boston before being drafted by the New York Yankees in 2022. He is also the son of the police chief of Needham, another nearby town in Massachusetts. Although he grew up a Boston Red Sox fan, he now plays for the New York Yankees in Major League Baseball (MLB).
