Don Mattingly is currently coaching as the bench coach for the Toronto Blue Jays in Major League Baseball (MLB). He was moved back to the full-time bench coach role after serving as the team's offensive coordinator in 2024. Mattingly joined the Blue Jays coaching staff in November 2022, after previous managerial stints with the Miami Marlins and Los Angeles Dodgers.
