Josh Naylor is from Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. He was born there on June 22, 1997, and also attended high school in Mississauga at St. Joan of Arc Catholic Secondary School. He is Canadian and began his baseball career playing for the Ontario Blue Jays and the Canadian junior national baseball team before being drafted into MLB.
