where is mexico located

Mexico is located in the southern part of North America. It shares its northern border with the United States, and to the southeast, it borders Guatemala and Belize. Mexico is bounded by the Pacific Ocean to the west and south, the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea to the east. It lies roughly between latitudes 14° and 33° N and longitudes 86° and 119° W. Geopolitically, Mexico is considered part of North America and is the northernmost country in Latin America.
