Minto is a suburb of Sydney, located in the state of New South Wales, Australia. It is situated approximately 38 to 50 kilometres south-west of the Sydney central business district. Minto is part of the local government area of the City of Campbelltown and lies within the Macarthur region. The suburb has a history dating back to early European settlement in 1811 and was named after the Earl of Minto.
