South Coventry Township is located in Chester County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is a rural township in northern Chester County with a population of about 2,604 as of the 2010 census, and approximately 2,796 as of 2020. The township covers an area of about 7.5 square miles and lies within the Hopewell Big Woods region. It is situated at coordinates approximately 40.185°N latitude and 75.679°W longitude. The township includes villages such as Bucktown, Coventryville, and Pughtown and is served by Pennsylvania Routes 23 and 100.
