The 13th Congressional District in Michigan is located in Wayne County. It includes parts of Detroit and some of its suburbs. The district covers portions of Detroit city as well as part of Dearborn Heights city. The district's boundaries have changed over time, but it mostly encompasses areas within Wayne County, including key parts of Detroit and surrounding locales.
