"Where Spirits Have Lease" is a quest in the video game The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. It takes place in the city of Anvil, where a character named Velwyn Benirus offers to sell his grandfather's house, called Benirus Manor, for 5,000 gold. The manor is located in the eastern part of Anvil. After purchasing the manor, you receive the key and deed, allowing you to enter the house.
