A note on the title
The title can be confused with Icefall , a separate 2014 adventure short. That production was filmed in Norway, where it follows athletes climbing frozen waterfalls.
There’s also Icefall (2025), a thriller about a Native American game warden and a poacher who knows where a crashed plane carrying millions of dollars can be found. Publicly available listings for that film don’t provide confirmed filming locations, so it shouldn’t be confused with the Bulgarian production.
In short: Ice Fall was filmed in Sofia, Bulgaria.
