The bus strike that was planned in London for the weekend starting Friday, September 12, 2025, has been largely called off after the majority of London United staff accepted an above-inflation pay offer from First Bus, the parent company. However, if negotiations with London Transit fail, some industrial action could still go ahead. The bus routes that could still be affected by strikes, if no agreement is reached, are:
- 13/N13
- 23/N23
- 31/N31
- 218
- 295/N295
- 452
These routes are mainly in west and southwest London, operated by London Transit, where talks with the union are ongoing. The majority of strikes planned on services operated by First Bus are no longer happening, and services are expected to run as normal for most routes.
