- Amar Prasad Satpathy for 2013
- Pramila Mallick for 2014
- Ranendra Pratap Swain for 2015
- Dr. Ramesh Chandra Chyau Patnaik for 2016
Additionally, it is noted that the award was also given to Smt. Murmu in 2007 for her services as a legislator.
