Mason Greenwood currently plays for the French Ligue 1 club Olympique de Marseille. He joined Marseille on a permanent contract in July 2024 after previously being on loan at the Spanish club Getafe during the 2023–24 season. Greenwood made a strong impact at Marseille, finishing as the joint top scorer in Ligue 1 for the 2024–25 season with 21 goals.
Internationally, Greenwood has switched his national team eligibility from England to Jamaica and is close to representing Jamaica, having acquired Jamaican citizenship in 2025.
