Katniss Everdeen ends up with Peeta Mellark.

By the end of Mockingjay , Katniss returns to District 12 and builds a life with Peeta, not Gale. They eventually start a family together, raising two children in the epilogue.
Why it is Peeta, not Gale
Katniss chooses Peeta because he shares her specific trauma from the Games and offers her compassion and stability rather than the anger and ongoing fight that Gale represents. Her relationship with Gale is further damaged by his role in developing the bombing strategy connected to Prim’s death, which Katniss cannot move past.
