The members are: Albania, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, United Kingdom, and the United States. Most of these countries are in Europe, with only Canada and the United States in North America. The organization was founded in 1949 with 12 original members and has since expanded to its current size of 32 nations, including recent members Finland (2023) and Sweden (2024).
