Jen Affleck is married to Zac Affleck. They met when Jen was 18 through a Mormon dating app and got married in 2019. Despite some ups and downs in their marriage, including a separation, they have worked through their challenges with therapy and effort, and as of 2025, they remain together. They have three children together: daughter Nora, son Luca, and daughter Penelope. Zac Affleck is also noted to have graduated from Brigham Young University’s medical school recently.
