Sandeep Singh Sunny is an Indian Punjabi-Sikh who is notably the prime accused in the murder of Shiv Sena leader Sudhir Suri in Amritsar, Punjab, in November 2022. He allegedly shot Suri with his licensed gun during a scuffle outside a temple in broad daylight. Sunny was arrested and has since been lodged in jail, where he has been involved in further incidents including an attack on three former Punjab police officers convicted in a fake encounter case.
