who made the marauder's map

The Marauder’s Map was created by four Hogwarts students: James Potter (Prongs), Sirius Black (Padfoot), Remus Lupin (Moony), and Peter Pettigrew (Wormtail). They crafted it during their time at Hogwarts in the 1970s, using the Marauders’ talents and the Homunculus Charm to track people inside the castle and reveal secret passages. The map later ended up in Harry Potter’s possession after being found by members of the Weasley family and eventually by Harry himself.
