Arsenal Football Club is owned by Kroenke Sports & Entertainment (KSE), a sports and entertainment holding company controlled by American businessman Stan Kroenke. Stan Kroenke became the sole owner in August 2018 after purchasing the remaining shares, including a significant 30% stake from Russian investor Alisher Usmanov. Kroenke, through Arsenal Holdings plc, oversees Arsenal and its associated businesses, including the Emirates Stadium. He and his family, including son Josh Kroenke, currently serve as co- chairmen of the club. Since the full takeover, Kroenke has been the sole shareholder, making Arsenal a privately owned club under KSE's ownership.
