Coldwell Banker is owned by Anywhere Real Estate Inc., which is the largest full-service residential real estate services company in the United States. Recently, Compass, the parent company of Christie's International, agreed to acquire Anywhere Real Estate, including the Coldwell Banker brand, in an all- stock deal expected to finalize in the latter half of 2026. Following this acquisition, Compass will be the parent company controlling Coldwell Banker.
