Hulu is fully owned by The Walt Disney Company as of mid-2025. Disney completed its purchase of Comcast's remaining 33% stake in Hulu for about $438.7 million, giving Disney 100% ownership of the streaming service. Disney had previously acquired a majority stake in Hulu by 2019 following its acquisition of 21st Century Fox, and this buyout finalized Disney's full control over Hulu.
