Kenvue is an independent consumer health company that was spun off from Johnson & Johnson in 2023. As of now, Johnson & Johnson no longer fully owns Kenvue but retains a minority stake of about 9.5% in the company, which it has been in the process of divesting, including plans to completely exit ownership through share sales to investment banks for debt relief. Kenvue operates globally with well-known brands such as Tylenol, Band-Aid, Neutrogena, and Listerine, and is headquartered in Summit, New Jersey. The current CEO is Kirk Perry, who took over in 2025 after the previous CEO Thibaut Mongon left the company.
