Revolt TV is now primarily owned by its employees. After Sean "Diddy" Combs, the founder, stepped down and sold his majority stake, the ownership was transferred so that the company's employees hold the largest pool of equity. There is no single majority owner; instead, a board of directors oversees the operations. This employee ownership structure aims to empower the team and keep Revolt a Black-owned media company. As of now, Detavio Samuels is the CEO of Revolt.
Additionally, as of September 2025, Damon "Dame" Dash has been named Chairman of Revolt TV for a temporary one-month period, bringing new content from his platform to the network.
