SoFi Stadium is owned by E. Stanley Kroenke, the owner and chairman of the Los Angeles Rams. Kroenke developed and financed the stadium and the surrounding Hollywood Park entertainment complex. SoFi, the financial company, does not own the stadium but holds the naming rights, paying nearly $30 million annually for a 20-year contract to have the stadium named SoFi Stadium. The stadium is part of a large mixed-use project developed by Kroenke's company and is home to both the Los Angeles Rams and Los Angeles Chargers NFL teams.
