Jeffrey Dahmer's first victim was an 18-year-old named Steven Hicks. Dahmer killed Hicks in June 1978 by luring him to his parents' house in Ohio, where he strangled and beat him with a barbell before dismembering the body and disposing of the remains in trash bags.
