The people who will be raptured are all true Christians—those who have faith in Jesus Christ. According to biblical teachings, at the moment of the rapture, both dead and alive believers will be caught up to meet the Lord in the air and will be transformed into glorified bodies. The Apostle Paul stresses that all Christians, those living and those who have died in Christ, will be raptured together, with no group of true believers left behind. Non- believers or those who have not accepted Christ will not be raptured and will remain to face judgment on Earth. The rapture is described as an instantaneous event, occurring in a moment or a twinkling of an eye, signaling the gathering of all believers to be with Jesus forever.
