The Delhi University Students' Union (DUSU) election in 2020 was won by Tushar Dedha of the Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP). He secured the post of DUSU president by defeating Hitesh Gulia of the National Students' Union of India (NSUI) by a margin of 3,115 votes.
