Alejandro Garnacho won the FIFA Puskás Award for 2024 for his spectacular overhead kick goal against Everton in November 2023. This award is given annually by FIFA for the most beautifully significant goal of the year and, starting from 2024, the Puskás Award is awarded exclusively to male players, with a separate award (the Marta Award) for women players.
